▲1. Structural Requirements:
1.1, The engine is a twin-cylinder air-cooled four-stroke gasoline engine, displacement: 824ml (cc), net power 20.5kW/28HP/3600rpm, net torque: 55N.m/2500rpm, transistor ignition, external fuel tank not less than 24 liters.
1.2, The pump unit consists of an automatic pressure relief water-lubricated plunger pump and a four-stroke twin-cylinder air-cooled engine.
1.3, The pump body and engine reduction part use a maintenance-free planetary gear reducer or gear transmission.
1.4, Enclosed frame structure, folding handle and wheeled mobile design.
1.5, The water pump outlet is equipped with a pressure gauge, and the accuracy level of the pressure gauge is ≥2.5.
1.6, The engine has a low oil level protection system, which automatically shuts down when the oil level is too low. It is equipped with an overpressure automatic pressure relief safety valve and an overpressure automatic shutdown device.
1.7, Equipped with a detachable floating filter, the filter flow rate is not less than 5L/s.
1.8, Equipped with a six-way water splitter, which can simultaneously supply 5 high-pressure direct-current spray guns with a caliber of 3.8mm, and the spray gun outlet pressure is not less than 3.5MPa.
1.9, Single inlet diameter 50mm or double inlet diameter 32mm, single outlet diameter 40mm, stainless steel universal standard quick connector.
▲2. Sealing Test: Maintain 1.5 times the rated working pressure for 1 min ± 0.5 min, and after continuous operation for 2 hours, the pump body and components should have no leakage, sweating, or other defects.
▲3. Operating Procedures and Warnings: The equipment should have clear warnings and warning signs at locations that may cause harm to the operator.
▲4. Continuous Operation Performance: After operating at the rated working pressure for not less than 24 hours, the water pump should have no abnormal leakage or abnormal noise, the fasteners should not be loose, and the water outlet pressure and flow rate should meet the specified requirements.
▲5. Starting Method: Electric start and manual pull start. ▲6. Lateral and Longitudinal Tilt Performance: The pump should be able to operate normally for at least 1 hour continuously at the rated working pressure under a lateral and longitudinal tilt of 25°.
7. Performance Test: Condition 1 (Nozzle diameter 6mm): Pressure: 3.00MPa Flow rate ≥ 117.00L/min;
Condition 2 (Nozzle diameter 6mm): Pressure: 4.00MPa Flow rate ≥ 135.00L/min;
Condition 3 (Nozzle diameter 6mm): Pressure: 6.00MPa Flow rate ≥ 145.00L/min;
8. Maximum pressure ≥ 10.10MPa; Rated working pressure ≥ 8.00MPa;
9. Maximum head ≥ 1032.06m;
10. Maximum flow rate ≥ 192.00L/min;
11. Maximum suction lift ≥ 7.00m;
12. Maximum range ≥ 35.00m.
