Product Specifications
Inspection Basis: GB6245-2006 "Fire Pumps"
▲1. Appearance Quality Inspection: The outer surface of all castings should be free from obvious defects such as scars, bubbles, and sand holes.
▲2. Material Inspection: The pump casing and the second or third stage impeller and guide vanes are made of aluminum alloy and treated with anti-corrosion treatment. The sealing ring, connecting screws, connecting nuts, and pump cover screws should be made of corrosion-resistant materials.
▲3. Structure Inspection:
3.1 The pump unit consists of a three-stage centrifugal water pump and a four-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine.
3.2 Engine power ≥ 4.2kW, built-in fuel tank ≥ 4.5L.
3.3 Starting method: manual pull start or electric start.
3.4 The gearbox is an oil-free, maintenance-free synchronous transmission, equipped with a circulating water cooling system.
3.5 The engine is equipped with an automatic shutdown function for lubrication protection.
3.6 Lighting and positioning function: Equipped with an emergency lighting system, flashing warning device, and 5V-12V output Type-C interface; real-time positioning and location display are possible via a mobile phone APP.
3.7 Inlet diameter 50mm, outlet diameter 38mm, equipped with 3/8*, 1/4*, and fan-shaped three-hole integrated spray gun;
3.8 The equipment should have clear warning and caution signs at locations that may cause harm to the operator's personal safety.
3.9 The control panel has engine speed and cumulative usage time display functions, and engine fault code self-diagnosis function.
3.10 The water pump can operate at high speed for more than 10 minutes with the outlet valve closed.
3.11 The engine has overspeed protection and automatic reset function, and is equipped with an overpressure automatic shutdown device.
3.12 The pump unit can be configured in series, parallel, or series-parallel arrangements.
3.13 Net weight ≤ 21.5kg;
3.14 The priming method is manual vacuum diaphragm priming. The priming pump and pump body are integrated. The diaphragm diameter is ≥ 100mm, thickness ≥ 2.5mm, and the entire unit except for the diaphragm is made of synthetic resin. 3.15. Equipment dimensions: 440mm × 330mm × 430mm.
▲4. Sealing test: The pump shall be subjected to a sealing test according to GB6245-2006, Section 10.5. During the test, the pump body and components shall not show any leakage, sweating, or other defects.
▲5. Water pump strength test: The water pump shall be tested for strength under an operating pressure of 1.1 MPa. The test duration is 40 hours, conducted in continuous segments. Each segment of the test shall be no less than 6 hours. After the 40-hour test, the water pump should start normally and its operating parameters should be within the normal range. 6. Performance Tests:
Condition 1: When pressure ≥ 0.60 MPa, flow rate ≥ 295.00 L/min;
Condition 2: When pressure ≥ 1.10 MPa, flow rate ≥ 168.00 L/min;

Products marked with ▲ require a test report with CMA and CNAS certification issued by a provincial or higher-level testing institution.
Application Scenarios
This high-lift pump is a pressure-boosting device specifically designed for forest firefighting water supply scenarios. Its core function is to ensure rapid and stable delivery of firefighting water to the scene when water source pressure is insufficient, utilizing multi-stage centrifugal pumps to boost pressure and meet the high-pressure demands of fire suppression systems. Suitable for forest firefighting and emergency rescue operations, this product can be paired with fire trucks to rapidly establish long-distance water supply lines.
