Especificações do produto
Testing Basis: GB 6245-2006 “Fire Pumps”
1. Visual Inspection: All castings shall exhibit no visible defects such as slag inclusions, gas bubbles, or sand holes on external surfaces.
2. Material Inspection: Pump casing, four-stage impeller, and guide vanes shall be magnesium-aluminum alloy with anti-corrosion treatment. Sealing rings, connecting screws, connecting nuts, and pump cover screws shall be made of corrosion-resistant materials. The priming float-type filter body shall be manufactured from magnesium-aluminum alloy with stainless steel filter mesh.
3. Seal Test: The pump shall undergo seal testing per Clause 10.5 of GB 6245-2006. No leakage or sweating defects shall occur on the pump body or components during testing.
▲4. Hydrostatic Test: The pump shall undergo strength testing at ≥2.4 MPa for 40 hours. After continuous 40-hour operation, the pump shall start normally with all parameters within specifications.
5. Operation with Closed Outlet: The pump shall operate at high speed for over 10 minutes with the outlet closed.
6. Lateral and Longitudinal Tilt Test: The pump assembly shall function normally under 15° lateral and longitudinal tilt.
▲7. Start-up Time: Cold start-up time ≤ 5 seconds.
8. Priming Time Test: Mechanical priming at 6-meter suction lift, priming time ≤ 6 seconds.
▲9. Maximum vacuum: Maximum vacuum during priming ≥85.00 kPa
▲10. Vacuum sealing performance: Vacuum sealing performance during priming ≤0.50 kPa
11. Result verification:
11.1. The matched engine is a four-stroke, twin-cylinder, air-cooled gasoline engine with a nameplate displacement of 999 cc (m³).
▲11.2. Rated power: 26kW/35HP/3900rpm/min; Rated max torque: 73N·m. Features electronic pulse ignition and built-in generator for battery charging. Engine switch, throttle, and choke controls are integrated into a single unit.
▲11.3、The pump assembly consists of a four-stage centrifugal pump integrated with the four-stroke, twin-cylinder, air-cooled gasoline engine.
11.4、Starting methods include manual recoil starter and electric starter.
▲11.5、The transmission features oil-free, maintenance-free synchronized shifting with a recirculating water cooling system: the pump head incorporates a quick-release clamp, and a drain valve is installed at the pump head base.
▲11.6. Features an integrated 9-liter 304 stainless steel fuel tank and an external 25L fuel tank with a separate fueling port with filter and fuel level indicator, enabling refueling without shutdown
11.7. Available in two frame structures: push-type and carry-type, both equipped with carry handles. The push-type features two 8-inch aluminum alloy wheels at the base
▲11.8. Equipped with emergency lighting system, strobe warning device, and real-time location tracking via mobile app
▲11.9. 50mm inlet diameter, 40mm outlet diameter, with 3/8“, 1/4”, and fan-shaped three-hole integrated spray gun

High-lift water pumps are pressure-boosting devices specifically designed for forest firefighting water supply scenarios. Their core function is to ensure rapid and stable delivery of firefighting water to the scene when water source pressure is insufficient, utilizing multi-stage centrifugal pumps to boost pressure and meet the high-pressure demands of fire suppression systems. This product is suitable for forest firefighting and emergency rescue operations, and can be paired with fire trucks to rapidly establish long-distance water supply lines.
