Inspection Basis: GB 6245-2006 “Fire Pumps”
▲1. Appearance Quality: All pump components are manufactured using high-pressure die-casting. The outer surface shall be smooth and flat, free from defects such as pitting, scabs, bubbles, or sand holes. No materials prone to corrosion or peeling, such as spray paint or plastic coating, shall be incorporated.
▲2. Material Requirements: Pump components shall be constructed from corrosion-resistant materials such as aluminum alloy, copper, or stainless steel. The frame shall utilize high-strength 304 stainless steel protective framing. The pump casing and body shall be made of high-strength corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, with cylinder types being wear-resistant ceramic-lined cylinders.
▲3. Structural Requirements:
3.1. The pump assembly consists of a three-stage centrifugal pump and a gasoline engine featuring a two-stroke, single-cylinder design with a combined cooling system of forced water cooling and natural air cooling. Specifications: 8HP (6kW)/7000rpm, displacement 130mL, maximum torque ≥9.5N·m.
3.2. Features a closed-type, three-stage corrosion-resistant alloy impeller; pump shaft employs alloy seals. Pump casing and body are constructed from high-strength corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy, with wear-resistant ceramic-coated cylinders.
3.3. Discharge: 1.5-inch (40mm) standard connection. Suction: 2-inch (50mm) standard connection, equipped with an adapter for direct connection to 1.5-inch or 2-inch suction hoses.
3.4. Pump body and engine connected via direct-coupled integral connection; muffler equipped with protective cover; air filter with metal guard; fuel filter installed; mechanical safety meets GB/T20651.2-2014 requirements.
▲4. Starting Methods: Manual pull-start and electric start options.
▲5. Starting Power Source: Removable lithium battery, weight ≤460g; fully charged battery enables >50 starts.
6. Protection Methods: Triple protection system against overspeed, overheating, and dry running; equipped with waterproofing. High-temperature protection must meet GB/T20651.2-2014 requirements; fire protection must meet GB4556-2001 requirements.
▲7. Operational Testing: The pump undergoes strength testing at 1.2MPa, capable of continuous operation for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the pump must start normally with all parameters within specifications and function correctly at a 90° tilt. The pump assembly meets the strength testing requirements of clauses 10.5 and 10.6 in GB6245-2006.
▲8. Shutdown Operation Test: The pump shall operate at high speed for over 10 minutes with the outlet closed.
▲9. Priming Pump Type: Manual Priming: Manual vacuum diaphragm priming with integrated design between priming pump and pump body. Diaphragm diameter ≥100mm, thickness ≥2.5mm; entire assembly except diaphragm made of synthetic resin.
10. Oil Tank Requirements: External oil tank with 24L or 12L capacity. Features a separate fueling port with filter, oil level indicator, and allows refueling without shutdown. Maximum oil consumption ≤3.5L/h.
11. Cooling Method: Forced water cooling via low-pressure balance pipe combined with air cooling.
12. Configuration Method: Pump sets support series, parallel, and series-parallel configurations.
13. Performance Testing:
Condition 1: Pressure: 0.30MPa, Flow Rate ≥216.00L/min;
Condition 2: Pressure: 0.80MPa, Flow Rate ≥182.00L/min;
Condition 3: Pressure: 1.20MPa Flow rate ≥98.00L/min;
