Product Specifications
1. Appearance Quality: The outer surface of all castings shall be free from visible defects such as slag inclusions, gas bubbles, or sand holes.
2. Pump Assembly Composition: The pump assembly consists of a five-stage centrifugal pump and a four-stroke air-cooled twin-cylinder gasoline engine.
3. Seal Test: The pump shall undergo seal testing per Clause 10.5 of GB 6245-2006. During testing, the pump body and components shall not exhibit leakage, sweating, or similar defects.
4. Water Pump Strength Test: The water pump shall undergo strength testing at 1.1 MPa for 40 hours. Continuous testing is not required; each test segment shall last no less than 6 hours. After 40 hours, the pump shall start normally with all parameters within specifications.
5. Water-inlet vacuum seal performance (kPa): ≤0.8
6. Maximum water-inlet vacuum (kPa): ≥85
7. Maximum vacuum test: With a suction pipe length ≥9 meters, manually evacuate using a diaphragm pump to achieve maximum vacuum. Maintain this vacuum for 3 minutes with no change.
8. Engine power ≥20kW, built-in fuel tank ≥5L.
9. Starting method: Manual pull-start or electric start.
10. Transmission performance: Oil-free, maintenance-free synchronous transmission equipped with polyurethane or equivalent quality synchronous toothed belt drive. Engine includes charging function.

Application Scenarios
High-lift water pumps are pressure-boosting devices specifically designed for forest firefighting water supply scenarios. Their core function is to ensure rapid and stable delivery of firefighting water to the scene when water source pressure is insufficient, utilizing multi-stage centrifugal pumps to boost pressure and meet the high-pressure demands of fire suppression systems. This product is suitable for forest firefighting and emergency rescue operations, and can be paired with fire trucks to rapidly establish long-distance water supply lines.
Key Selling Points
