Product Specifications
1. Fasteners and self-locking devices shall not loosen due to vibration or other causes; operating mechanisms shall be light and reliable. Indicator plates shall be installed on all control handles, made of corrosion-resistant materials with embossed text at a depth of 0.3mm. All other requirements are met.
2. All castings' external surfaces shall be free of visible defects such as slag inclusions, gas bubbles, or sand holes. The pump body and all exposed housings/casing shall be coated with R03 bright red paint as specified in Table 2 of GB/T 3181-1995.
☆3. Rated Flow: 147 L/min (Rated Pressure: 1.04 MPa)
☆ 4. Maximum flow rate: 155 L/min
☆5. Maximum pressure: 8.65 MPa
6. Seal test: Block the pump inlet, close the outlet valve, and gradually pressurize the pump housing to a pressure sum of 2.7 MPa (combining maximum working pressure and maximum allowable positive pressure at the inlet). Maintain this pressure for 5.3 minutes. No leakage or sweating occurred on the pump body or components during testing.
7. Start-up method: Manual and electric dual start-up
8. Self-movement: No self-movement occurred under any operating conditions during testing.
9. Hydrostatic pressure strength test: Block all openings of the pump's flow components. Gradually pressurize the pump casing to a combined pressure of the maximum working pressure and the maximum allowable positive pressure at the inlet (2.0 MPa). Maintain this pressure for 1 minute ± 0.2 minutes. No deformation, cracks, or defects appeared on the pump casing during testing.
10. Maximum Vacuum and Vacuum Sealing: During testing, the pump was connected to a 7m suction pipe. Residual water in the pump and suction pipe was drained. The suction pipe inlet was sealed to prevent air leakage. The discharge outlet was closed. An air-removal device evacuated air from the pump and suction pipe to maximum vacuum. The device was immediately shut off, achieving a maximum vacuum of 90 kPa. Simultaneously start timing; the vacuum drop within 1 minute is 2.1 kPa.
11. Priming Reliability: Perform priming on an open test bench with a suction depth of 6m. After priming, drain residual water and repeat 500 times. Inspect the priming device and automatic disengagement device. They should function normally.
12. Continuous Operation Reliability: Operate continuously for 8 hours without interruption. The pump outlet pressure must not fall below the specified pressure. The bearing housing surface temperature is 48°C, with a temperature rise of 25°C. The bearing seal must maintain good sealing with no thread-like leakage.
13. Fuel Tank: The fuel tank must have 5% reserve capacity. Its volume must ensure the pump can operate continuously for 4 hours under rated conditions. The fuel outlet pipe is located at the height of the 5% sedimentation volume on one side of the tank. In addition to the level gauge pipe, the tank must have a viewing window indicating fuel level. The tank must have appropriate interfaces for refueling, draining, and venting. All exposed fuel supply pipes must have protective plates.
14. Lateral and Longitudinal Tilt Test: The portable motor-driven fire pump set operates continuously for 1 hour under Condition 1 while tilted 25° laterally and longitudinally, with the pump functioning normally.
